Unseen

A retreat for women who feel invisible.

Come and free yourself when no one is watching

You’ve been performing for a long time.
The capable one. The strong one. The one who holds it together for everyone else. The role has
been so consistent, for so long, that somewhere along the way you forgot it was ever a role.
You might call it burnout. You might call it menopause. You might just call it lying awake at 3am
wondering: is this really all there is?
Whatever you call it — we call it invisible.
And this is the day you change that.

Meet Paula & Deb

Video Coming Soon

Two women who found their way back — through completely different paths.
This retreat is built from the inside of that experience.

What UNSEEN Actually Is

UNSEEN is a full-day retreat at Ecopsia for women who are ready to stop performing and start
being real.
Using cacao ceremony, hypnotherapy, NLP, somatic work, and ecstatic dance — with blindfolds —
this day takes you from the surface of who you’ve been told to be, all the way down to the woman
who was always there.
No itinerary to perform. No right way to do it. Just you, in a room of women who are here for exactly
the same reason, held by two facilitators who have lived this from the inside out.
This is not a pamper day. This is not a workshop. This is the real thing.

The day opens with ceremonial cacao — a heart-opening plant medicine that creates warmth and emotional presence. Then a sharing circle — not introductions, but honesty. Who do you think you are?
A guided journey beneath the roles, the stories, the performances. Meeting yourself before the world had opinions about who you should be.
Silence. Space. One question: What did you just find?
Working with what surfaced. Understanding how the performed self was built — and releasing what’s ready to go.
Led by Deb — a lifetime performer who knows what it means to play a role so long you forget it was ever a choice. Embodied, real, transformative.
Blindfolds on. Music. No audience. No choreography. No right way. Come and free yourself when no one is watching.
Each woman leaves with one word. Not a role. Not a title. Her. Note: Integration session included — 90-min online group call with Paula and Deb, 2–3 weeks after the retreat.

Who's holding this

Paula Williams

Paula is the founder of Ecopsia and has been facilitating retreats for 15 years. She is an energy healer, NLP coach, and hypnotherapist. Two years ago she had two cardiac arrests. She died twice. She has been through bankruptcy, divorce, addiction, and years of psychiatric care. She didn’t find her practice in a training room — she found it because she needed it to survive. She built UNSEEN because she knows from the inside out what it means to lose yourself — and find your way back.

Deb Nicholls

Deb spent a lifetime as a performer — playing roles, holding the stage, being everything for everyone.
When menopause stopped her in her tracks and asked who she really was, she found her answer through
plant medicine — cacao, hapé, and the slow, sacred process of remembering. She brings the ceremonial
opening to UNSEEN, and the unique understanding of what it means to perform yourself out of existence.
