What it is:

The Burnout Recovery Retreat is a 3-day residential immersion at Ecopsia — a beautiful, nature-immersed retreat space in Shropshire. Set in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by nature, with a yoga studio, fire pit, log cabins, and the kind of stillness that’s hard to find when you’re inside your own life. The retreat is nature-based and somatic — meaning we work with the body, not just the mind. We use breathwork, movement, stillness, fire, and the land itself as part of the process. We work in genuine community — a small group of women who are there for the same reason, which creates a quality of honesty and safety that’s rare.

What you’ll leave with:
