Each day unfolds gently, offering a mix of grounded, restorative practices and deeper soulful explorations.

Between sessions, you are free to explore the area at your own pace —
Wander barefoot, take your tea to the goat paddock and watch the animals play, or sink into the quiet in the hot tub.
You may find yourself curled up with a book, dozing in your room…
Or wrapped in a blanket outside, watching constellations turn overhead — beneath one of the darkest skies in the UK.
Ecopsia is a place of remembering — of feeling, trusting, and reclaiming your connection to nature, to other women, and most of all… to yourself.
