You’ll receive a Retreat Welcome Pack before you arrive for your retreat with a full list of what you need for your stay.

We recommend you bring loose comfortable clothing for indoors including a pair of indoor shoes or slippers. As we are in rural Shropshire, we also recommend you bring outdoor clothing, including waterproofs, wellies or walking boots for all times of the year.

A notebook and something to write with can also be a good idea for occasional notes or reflections during your stay. 

We do not provide towels or toiletries in any of our bathrooms at the moment.

Yes, there is lots of room to park on site.

When you arrive, please pull on to the drive in front of the house and avoid driving on lawns.

All of our rooms are booked on a bed by bed basis. This means if you book a bed in one of our twin bed rooms, another retreat guest can book the other bed.

Whilst many people are hesitant about sharing with someone they don’t know, we can safely say from experience that the bonds guests leave our retreats with are powerful.

We also offer Single Occupancy Supplement upgrades for an extra fee.

Should you be concerned that you may keep other guests awake, or have an other queries surrounding this, please email paula@ecopsia.com, and we’ll do our utmost to accommodate you.

We encourage a digital detox on our retreats, but we do have Star Link Wi-Fi and good phone reception in most areas.

Our minimum stay is 3 nights so you can fully immerse yourself in life at Ecopsia. Settle in, unwind, experience community life, participate in the various daily offerings, and explore the picturesque surroundings.

Yes. Once a bed is booked by someone identifying as male or female, beds in that room will only be available to those of that same gender. 

Should you identify as anything other than male or female, please get in touch with us, and we’ll be happy to discuss what we can do to ensure you have a comfortable experience with us.

Some cabins & rooms have their own bathrooms, some don’t. You will have the choice of shared or private facilities during booking.

Should you be sharing with another retreat guest then you’ll be sharing the same bathroom.

As much as we love animals, sadly not! Other than service animals, we cannot allow pets on-site.

Although we do have plenty of wildlife you might meet during your stay!

Currently our offerings are crafted for 18+, however our vision for the future is to offer events and experiences for the whole family.

Alcohol is not usually available during the retreat and we ask guests to refrain from using drugs and alcohol on the premises. Although we may serve no or low alcohol drinks and the odd tipple for celebrations, Ecopsia is a mainly dry site with a strict zero drugs policy.

Any breach of this policy may lead to you being asked to leave the site.
